Lead Consultant
Ste is an experienced research and writing professional. He started his career in the Civil Service, working as a speechwriter, before moving into regeneration and economic development in local government. He then led the research, business planning and performance teams at Regenerate Pennine Lancashire Ltd. and Liverpool Vision Ltd., before establishing SG Lingard Consultancy. He also has a strong personal interest in heritage matters. He served as a Non Executive Director of the award winning Blackpool Housing Company from 2016 to 2021, and is on the Board at The World of Glass, St. Helens' museum and art gallery.
Ste leads all SGL projects, supported by associates where required.

Angela Kidd, BSc, PGDip
Consultant
Angela is an experienced research and analysis professional. She started her career in the field of biosecurity science, moving on to regulatory and compliance auditing within the sector. She is an experienced lead auditor who has worked in the UK and New Zealand. She also has strong personal interests in traditional music and pre-Roman British history.
Angela leads on survey design and data analysis, and provides support on planning, administration and market research. She also has experience in report writing.

Danny Blunt
Danny is a young Project Management professional with experience in academic research, ERDF compliance; commercial sponsorship and operations management. After graduating with first-class honours from LJMU, he returned as an intern to complete his first professional research project. He has since worked for the City of Liverpool's economic development agency, focusing on researching commercial opportunities and operational event management. He has lectured at LJMU and his work has been published by Sage International and the Leisure Studies Association.
Dr. Katherine Davies
Katherine is a skilled researcher, with expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies, interviewing, survey design and data management. She has delivered projects for a range of public and private clients in the UK and abroad. Prior to moving into consultancy she lectured at the Universities of Oxford and Manchester.
Martin Keogh
Martin is a construction industry professional, specialising in the acoustic materials. He is currently Business Development Director of the UK and Ireland arm of major international company, and is studying towards a Masters of Business Administration with the University of Exeter.
Martin has a keen interest in design, the natural world and the interface between the two. He is based in Warrington, but works across the country and overseas.
